☞ For gift cards purchased before 1 October 2020

If you purchased and/or received a gift card before 1 October 2020, the code may not work when you try to use it for a reservation. We have recently changed the booking system on our website and gift card codes prior to 1 October may not be recognised.

What should I do?

Send us an email to [email protected] with your gift card and/or code so that we can reactivate it. We will confirm by email once the code is ready to be used again.

☞ For gift cards purchased after 1st October 2020

You received a gift card after 1 October 2020. It is likely that it was purchased after this date.

To find out, very simple, the codes are in ABCDEF format (6 capital letters).

What should I do?

Contact us by email ( [email protected] ) or via the chat directly from the basket validation page. If possible, take the faulty code and, if you have it, the PDF card and the email of the person who gave you the card. We will then be able to check things for you.
