Several situations may arise. For example, you have chosen a course a long time in advance and are no longer available and you wish to change your course date. Or you have bought a course without a date and you want to finalise a booking.

To explain how to do this, here is a description of how your personal space and the "My Courses" section work. At the end of the article you will find a summary of the applicable conditions.

Go to the "My courses" section:

  • Follow this link when you are logged in: ➡️ My Courses

  • Navigate in the drop down menu to "My Courses" as in the following image

You will find several sections:

  • My scheduled courses: the list of your upcoming courses for which you have an active booking.

  • My pending courses: the list of your courses that you have purchased but do not yet have a date attached.

  • My past courses: the list of your past courses where you will find the course notes (for the main courses)

On each course, and thanks to the following button, a drop-down calendar opens and you can select a new date for a course already scheduled (limitations apply, see below) or choose a date for a course pending scheduling.

In the following video, you can see how the booking modification works by selecting the calendar icon for the 2 most frequent cases, i.e. re-scheduling a course that has already been booked and booking a date for a course that has not been scheduled.

Here is a reminder of the different conditions that apply:

  • You can cancel and get a refund for your class if you cancel at least a month before its scheduled date*. 

  • After this delay and at the latest one week before the class, you can change the day of your class. 

  • After this date, you won’t be able to modify or cancel your registration. In this case, either your class is lost or you can ask someone else to attend it for you.

*If you have booked your course with a gift card, your course is not refundable. (See "gift cards" section)

*If the course that replaces the one you wish to cancel is for a lower amount, you will receive a credit for a future course. If the course that replaces the one you wish to cancel is for a higher amount, we will ask you to pay the difference.
