If you bought and/or received a Gift Card before October 1st 2020, it is very possible that the code won't work when trying to use it for a booking. We recently changed the reservations system of our website and the Gift Card codes are not recognized.
What to do?
Please send us an email to email@example.com attaching your Gift Card and the code so we can reactivate it. We will confirm you by email once the code is active and ready to be used.
