Has your course been cancelled due to lack of participants? You must have received an email from us informing you of this. We are sorry that this happened but don't panic, you can immediately choose a new date for this course.

To explain how to do this, here is a description of how your personal space and the "My Courses" section work.

Access the "My Courses" section:

  • Follow this link when logged in: ➡️ My Courses

  • Navigate the drop down menu to "My Courses" as in the following image

You will find several sections:

  • My cancelled courses: This section lists your cancelled courses. It is only visible if one of your courses has been cancelled by us.

  • My scheduled courses: the list of your upcoming courses for which you have an active reservation.

  • My pending courses: the list of your courses that you have purchased but that do not have a date attached yet.

  • My past courses: the list of your past courses where you will find the course notes (for the main courses).

On each cancelled course, and thanks to the following button, a drop-down schedule opens and you can select a new date for this cancelled course.

In the following video, you can see how the scheduling of two cancelled courses works. Once rescheduled, they will be present in the My Scheduled Courses section.
