What to do if you haven’t received your invitation email with the class details?
If you have not received your course confirmation email within 5 days before the scheduled date, please follow the steps below:
The confirmation email is sent automatically 7 days before your class once it is confirmed.
Email subject line: it will be written in the language of your course.
Email preview/snippet: it may appear in English with the mention “Details of your photography course”*.
Make sure to check your spam or junk folder, as some mail services may filter it incorrectly.
