My gift card code doesn't work? What should I do?

☞ For gift cards purchased before October 1, 2020.

If you purchased and/or received a gift card before October 1, 2020, the code may not work when you try to use it for a reservation.

We have recently changed the booking system on our website and codes for gift cards purchased before October 1 may not be recognized.

What should I do?

Send an e-mail to with your gift card and/or code so that we can reactivate it. We will confirm by e-mail when the code can be used again.

☞ For gift cards purchased after October 1, 2020.

You received a gift card after October 1, 2020. It was probably purchased after this date. To find out, you can check whether it is in ABCDEF format (composed of 6 capital letters).

What should I do?

Contact us by email or directly by chat from the page where you validate your basket. If possible, send us the non-functional code and, if you have it, the PDF card and the e-mail address of the person who gave you the card. We can then check this for you and help you continue your purchase.
