Why is my gift card balance at zero?
If your gift card balance appears to be zero, there are several possible reasons:
The main reason is that the balance may have been used up.
We invite you to check the initial amount on your gift card and compare it with the price of the lessons booked with this card.
You are trying to re-schedule a rescheduled lesson with your gift card.
If you wish to reschedule a lesson that has been postponed, do not use your gift card to make a new reservation on the site. This is not the correct procedure.
👉 To reschedule a postponed lesson, please follow one of the two methods indicated in the postponement e-mail:
Via your customer area, if this option is available
Or by sending us your new choice of date by e-mail
⚠️ Gift cards are not automatically re-credited after a postponement precisely so that you don't have to make a new reservation from the website.

First, compare the initial amount on your card with the cost of courses already taken.
