Net Promoter Score of THE PHOTO ACADEMY

THE PHOTO ACADEMY uses its NPS score as its main quality indicator, enabling us to manage the organisation of our courses with quality of service always in mind.

We have set ourselves the target of a minimum NPS score of 60, based on what is generally considered to be an excellent level in our field of activity.

Below is our graph showing the NPS per month for the last two years.

We have achieved our target 19 months out of the last 24.

Over this period, the overall NPS is 64.8 based on 2,265 feedbacks.

Our NPS since 2017 is 62 based on 12,468 feedbacks.
